Glad you liked it Drumaddix! He is underrated for sure. The only reason he does not get so much respect is because he hasn't recorded with with other musicians that are considered amongst the elite of their instruments. Maybe that time will come, or maybe he just doesn't consider that one of his priorities.

Yeah..... 1st time I saw Jojo on the Drummers collective DVD, I stood there in awe when he showed off his (actually Buddies originally) "secret weapon". And then he goes on to say it's something he just uses to show off in a drum store or something [img]eek.gif[/img]
Would love to see him play more with some of the east/west coast guys. Maybe even hit L.A.?? That would be cool.

From what I have read, he tends to be very active in New York rather than LA. This is where he tours the clubs with Nerve and where he use to do session work.Quote:

Wow that video impressed me more than that clinic DVD that we put up last week.
What's most impressive is that he's helping to shape and define a new art form...
